This experience is an invitation to recall the alchemy that takes place in the kitchen when the soul, the body and the hands come together to create a magical meal. It begins with a guided visit to a local market to select ingredients to prepare dishes like  Mole poblano, Chile en Nogada, Huaxmole (in season) or traditional Mexican sauces. Back in the traditional talavera kitchen of the Mesón Sacristía de la Compania a chef will teach you how to prepare these recipes from scratch, using traditional Mexican kitchen utensils like a molcajete and metate, sharing centennial secrets of Mexican gastronomy.
